Logitech’s Latest Innovation: Wireless Keyboard Powered by Solar Panel

Logitech the popular computer accessories manufacturer launched it's new light powered keyboard The 'Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K750'. The KeyBoard is quite innovative considering that light is very much available everywhere where people work on keyboards, this keyboard has an array of solar panels on the top part which harness the light energy falling on them to make it work.

The keyboard is like "Buy it and forget it". All you have to do is plug in the tiny USB wireless dongle that comes with it and you're done its ready to use. Unlike existing wireless keyboards you don't need to worry about charging it or changing the batteries. Moreover it is ergonomically very well designed. Its looks quite slim, plus it has the environment friendly factor. It is only one third of an inch in  thickness, the keyboard wont just look good, it will make you feel good using it too.
"The low-profile keyboard features Logitech Incurve keys that support the shape of your fingertips, while helping guide your fingers to the right keys. In addition, the soft, rounded edges make it easy for your fingers to glide from key to key". That's what is mentioned in the official blog.
The main feature is that the keyboard can store enough juice to make it run for 3 months in total darkness. The keyboard connects to the computer via Logitech Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity, which keeping you connected with virtually no delays or dropouts, so you get all the benefits of a cord, with the convenience of wireless. For security Logitech Advanced 2.4 wireless also includes 128-bit AES encryption with the keyboard which is one of the highest levels of security available.

The keyborad is expected to be available in US and Europe later this month for $79.99.

Although this video talks all good about the keyboard we can only say if its worth the money ones it hits the stores and when hardware reviewers review it in real conditions.
